Phillies starter Jamie Moyer (8-6, 4.43) has a chance at a dubious Major League record today.  In his last outing Tuesday, he held the Indians to just one run and two hits.  The lone run coming off the bat of Russell Branyan who hit a solo home run in to the upper deck in right.  That longball was the 505th allowed in Moyer's 24 year career, tying him with Robin Roberts for the all-time lead.  Yesterday, the Blue Jays generated all five of their runs via the home run off Cole Hamels.  Brett Cecil (7-4, 4.06) gets the nod this afternoon, looking to break out of a recent funk.  Cecil's given up 11 runs in his last two starts, after giving up only six in five straight wins.

The Phillies will be without Placido Polanco once again this afternoon as he suffers from some left elbow soreness.  Charlie Manuel has shuffled his line-upand will have Chase Utley batting second, and Werth third.Raul Ibanez will DH and bat seventh and Wilson Valdez will start at third and bat eighth.

What To Watch For:  Jays starter Brett Cecil has been extremely stingy against left-handed bats.  Lefties are hitting just .154 with 19 strikeouts in 54 at-bats.  Keep your eye on Utley, Howard and Ibanez to see how they fair against Cecil.

Game Time Forecast:  Partly Cloudy with temps in the low 90's (33 degrees Celsius)
