What a ginormous douchebag. I live two minutes from where this photo was taken (this building is at 12th & Vine)and while this area of Philly isn’t a glorious Paradise like North Jersey, it isn’t terrible! In fact, this building is currently being renovated to turn into condos/warehouse apartments!
