The guy in the upper right: That's Slappy Boyo in 25 years time.

So the photo doesn't match the workout, it is actually a Jerk, but you could be forgiven for thinking it was a Snatch, because the position is unbelievable. Mobility is a huge factor in success in lifting heavy weights overhead. If you are not attempting to improve your mobility on a daily basis then you are missing a very important element of Olympic Lifting training. Do the maths ... that is 200kg plus overhead!
