LeSean McCoy held his second annual charity softball game this weekend (more on it tomorrow), and that’s where this happened: [Penn Live]

Officers responded to the fight at 8:30 p.m. and separated both men from one another, said Sgt. Bill Hickey, a city police spokesman. A woman was also believed involved in the fight, but only the two men were at the scene when officers arrived.

The fight broke out in the stands during the game, the second annual charity fundraising game put on by Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy.

Nice job, Birds fans.

More pics over at Penn Live.

  1. Serves him and the other douche canoe that got kicked out right for managing to fight at charity game for ALS. I hate any fan that brings more negative attention on this fan base. Our rep is bad enough, stop perpetuating it you half wit, twats!

    • agreed face. i cannot think of any legitimate reason whatsoever for two people to come to blows at a charity event! its classless behavior from lowlifes.

What city was this in? The cop’s uniform has a Lancaster, PA patch on it. According to Wikipedia, Lancaster “is located 70 miles west of Philadelphia, 55 miles north-northeast of Baltimore and 87 miles north of Washington, D.C.” Maybe he got jumped by Ravens or Skins fans.

  3. Yes. The event was here in Lancaster. Don’t be fooled by the scattered amish that excite the tourists. This is a city and has plenty of lowlifes that don’t live in Philly, NYC, Baltimore and DC. #costofliving

  4. This is really sad that this fight is getting attention.I was there and It really was such a non-event at a great charity event. The real story should be how fun the game was and the great charity it supports. One bad apple is taking away all of the positive attention.

    • John, you forget that CrossingBroad is pretty much Philly Sports TMZ, so you are stuck with TMZ quality reporting.

  5. Typical shady McCoy starting shit. Will he ever grow the fuck up?? Smh

  6. Obviously Ron Hipple is an idiot.

  7. Shut the fuck up with the surverys

  8. Seriously, Kyle..What good is coming from this fucking post? All youre doing is strengthening the negative attention this city gets, giving some douche bag the attention that he craves, and casting a bad shadow over a great charity event…You bitch about the national media pouncing on stupid shit like this, yet you do thr same thing in the name of a quick buck. (Not to mention that if you were going to report on every sports fight in this city, you wouldnt even have time to post about Jeff carters abs). Fuckin hypocrite.

    • I’m glad to hear that others are getting fed up with Kyle Scott’s TMZ-style of reporting. Its the absolute worst. Between this and the “OMFG! I SAW (Insert name of Philly athlete) at a BAR and they were DRUNK!!!! OMG! Maybe this is why the team didn’t win the championship!!!!!” articles, this blog is becoming completely worthless.

Wish this guy would have followed Jeff Carter to LA….

Typical eagles fans starting shit. Since it’s exactly six months to Christmas Eve, it makes sense to point out that the fans who fought at a charity softball game are from the same fan base that once booed the man who has risked getting much worse than a minor scalp laceration when invading homes worldwide.

    Fucking Amish pussies

  18. i went to the game last year and it was boring as hell. also learned that day that Evan Turner has a girly handshake. this would have been by far the highlight of the event.

and it’s in lancaster because the harrisburg senators/nationals/dicks (Shady’s hometown) wouldn’t let him have it there. Not because lancaster rivals Merion Golf Course and Beverly Hills, it’s actually just a city with a decent ~8 block downtown and 50,000 people who cant afford to live in Philly.
