Bryan Colangelo announced right off the bat at his press conference today that Ben Simmons is done for the season. His MRI yesterday showed that there was “not full healing” in the bone. He’ll have another scan in a month, but even if all goes well, it won’t give him enough time rehab and play this season.

Colangelo also said Embiid will miss the next four games at a minimum. He said that doctors want to be “prudent” and protect the long-term health Embiid, and Simmons, and not rush either of them back.
