The Phillies are expected to welcome back Jimmy Rollins tonight in the opener of a three game series against the last place Indians.  Rollins has appeared in just 11 games this season, and in his absence, the Phils have dropped 17 of their last 26.  The Indians come to town after losing two out of three to the lowly Pirates this weekend, and have lost six of their last seven.  Jamie Moyer (7-6, 4.76) will make his 14th start on the season and look to improve to 8-0 in his career against Cleveland.  Last Wednesday, Moyer shut down a potent Yankees line-up, and gave up just two runs on three hits over eight frames.  A win tonight for Moyer would move him in to a tie with Bob Feller and Eppa Rixey for 36th place on the all-time win list.  The Indians counter with Mitch Talbot (7-5, 4.21) who was roughed up by the Mets last Wednesday.  Talbot was pulled after 5.2 IP, giving up eight runs and 13 hits.

What To Watch For:  Is Rollins really ready to come off the DL?  Is he the spark the Phillies need to get back to their early-season form?

Injury Updates:  Carlos Ruiz hasn't played since being hit in the head with a broken bat on Friday.  "I saw Chooch in the training room and he's doing better" said Charlie Manuel.  "He should be ready to go by the middle of the week."  J.A. Happ is expected to make his fourth rehab start with Double-A Reading on Wednesday.  Happ has been sidelined since April 16 with a strained left elbow.

Line-Ups:  Will be posted when they're available

Game Time Forecast:  Temps in the mid-80's with a chance of isolated thunderstorms.
