Does it get any better than this?  Roy Halladay (8-4, 1.96) takes on CC Sabathia (6-3, 4.01) tonight in the first of a three game series between the Phillies and Yankees.  The last time these two teams met in the Bronx was back on November 4th, 2009, and we all know how that ended.  Ever since, Phillies fans have been anxiously awaiting the World Series rematch.  Roy Halladay has been fantastic this season and has five complete games in 13 starts.  Sabathia has six wins on the season, however, four of them have come against the worst team in baseball (Orioles).

Over their last 20 games, the Phillies have won just six times.  The middle of the order (Utley, Howard, Werth) are hitting a combined .182.  Even worse, the Phillies find themselves dead-last in the Majors with 48 runs scored during that stretch.  The Bombers have won 14 of their past 19 and have climbed in to a tie atop the AL East standings with the Rays.

What to watch for:  Robinson Cano and Derek Jeter have struggled against Halladay.  Cano is a .208 hitter, and Jeter .242 (with 24 strikeouts) against Doc.

Forecast:  Partly Cloudy with temps in the low 70's.
