Lost in the collective boner of the Flyers' win, was the Phillies losing to the Diamondbacks, 7-5. Roy Oswalt struggled, giving up five runs in three innings.

After the game, he skipped out on the media session, leading some of the beat writers to wonder if his back, which he tweaked two starts ago, is still hurting: [Philly.com]

The pitcher had left Chase Field before reporters entered the visitors clubhouse. It was his second start since developing mid-back spasms in a game at Citizens Bank Park against Florida.

Ruben Amaro Jr. huddled with a team offical during the game and then was seen leaving the manager's office just as reporters entered.

 

Last week, Charlie Manuel denied that Jose Contreras was hurt. The next day, the Big Truck was placed in 15-day garage (these Big Truck analogies are never going to get old, never). Beat writer Randy Miller even went so far as to call Manuel a liar, and he's wonders if Charlie is doing the same thing here:
