Morning Puck: Yinzer Hunting
I didn’t see much of the game. I was busy hosting a packed house at Drinker’s Tavern for last night’s Mighty Ducks quizzo– we had a three-way tie for first, and a three-way tie after an three question overtime round. A lot of threes… so we had three winners. But here’s what I do know: the Flyers won 3-2, and each time the puck found the back of the net, a raucous cheer went up from the Drinker’s crowd. Good times.
The best goal, however, was of course when Scott Hartnell commando rolled the Flyers to a 3-0 lead in the second period. You can see that goal here. After the game, Hartnell mentioned his #hartnelldown counter: [via @flyr3grl]

Jesus, that must have been like fishing with dynamite– the ladies stand no chance in this scenario. None.

Big win for the Flyers, who now lead the Eastern Conference with 37 points. And Claude Giroux leads the league in scoring… also with 37 points. 37s all around.
