Yesterday was another day in the NBA’s Orlando Summer League, and the 76ers faced off against the Brooklyn Nets in a game, like Whose Line is it Anyway?, where everything is made up and the points don’t matter. After the game, MCW sat down next to Rick Mahorn in front of a TV camera and looked like a tiny baby child. I’m still not sure it wasn’t Take Your Tiny Son to Work Day. Also, Rick Mahorn is massive:

Nerlens Noel had a great game again, with 14 points on 4-8 from the field, 9 rebounds, and 5 blocks playing against what basically amounts to a D-League team that has never practiced together. It’s promising, and Noel certainly looks exciting, but he’s playing against people you have never heard of and will never hear of again.

And poor Jerami Grant. He went up for a dunk and got straight stuffed by the rim. He probably though to himself, “Well, at least it’s just summer league so no one’s watching.” And then the NBA had to go ahead and put video of it online (after the jump) calling it an “Epic Dunk Fail.” We’re sorry Jerami, but we’re also laughing.
