Current Oregon Coach Insists that Chip Kelly is Not a Crazy Person

Many of Chip Kelly’s offseason moves have baffled a bunch of people. Some people think he doesn’t know what he’s doing with the whole Tebow thing. They’re confused. Some people think Tebow is the new starting quarterback. Those people are very confused. But fear not, Chip Kelly is not running this team like that one chicken who can play tic-tac-toe. He’s not insane.

That is, at least according to current Oregon Ducks head coach Mark Helfrich. He told CSN Northwest:

“I think it’s unfortunate I’ve had to answer this question more than once: Chip Kelly is not insane. He’s got a plan. He’s got a method.”

Whew. So Chip Kelly hasn’t actually lost his mental capacities and he is making all of these moves on purpose. That won’t make some people feel any better.
