Since being traded away by the Eagles, LeSean McCoy has had plenty to say. It seemed he had 10 times more to say about Chip Kelly’s supposed racism than he did anything to say about his new team. But when he spoke to the media today and the breathless press members were able to ask him about his comments, McCoy changed his tune, and he really just wants you to shut up about it:

“”I don’t have to explain myself to nobody. Nobody. I don’t. I said what I said, said what I felt at the time and I’m done with that …”

[McCoy is asked about Eagles]

“Did you just hear what I just said here? Then why did you … I just told you, I’m not talking no more about Chip Kelly or the Eagles. So I’m done with that. You can ask me about the Bills …”

[McCoy is asked about returning Chip Kelly’s calls]

“Yo? Are y’all listening to me? Can I say it any other way? I’m not talking about Chip Kelly or no Eagles. So I’ll be done with this interview if nobody else has anything to say about the Bills.”

Don’t you guys get it? McCoy would like to levy accusations against his former coach in interviews when he’s not asked follow-up questions about it. And when reporters are able to ask these follow ups, he’s over it. It’s that simple. Did you not hear him? Geeze.
