Rustin beat Springfield, 4-1, at Ice Line on Friday night to clinch their fourth straight Flyers Cup A championship. That’s cool. But the real event looks like it took place after the game, when some sort of raucous brawl broke out in the hallway, presumably somewhere between Ice Line’s 76th and 77th rinks.

We’re light on details, but here’s a video that popped up on Twitter, sent to us by reader Larry:

There were a few Tweets about the incident that I could find:

Solid coaching presence here.

UPDATE: The mom of the Ice Line employee who got kicked and punched in the head is not happy. Here’s what she wrote on Facebook:

My son Casey was working at Iceline last night as he has for a while. Rustin beat Springfield and he tried to calm things down when the losing team went wild. the Springfield guys ganged up on him. He was kicked in the head has a concussion and a broken nose. Help me find these shits please. Case is in the black shirt and this is just part if it.

And in subsequent comments:

Thank you thank you for all for the messages, phone calls, texts, prayers and shares. We’re amazed and appreciative beyond words. I had no idea this would be so big and go so far when I typed it 18 hours ago!! I have no doubt we will find out who the kid(s) are soon. The police, Iceline and school officials are working together and on top of things. Casey is doing ok, sore all over , headache etc but he is home and hanging with Gianna and good friends.

Shouldn’t take long.
