There’s no doubt the acquisition of running back Jay Ajayi has gotten off to a good start on the field. He’s already ripped off 168 yards over two games on only 15 carries as he continues to get acclimated with the playbook and work his way into what has become a dynamic rushing attack. But what about all of those locker room issues that we were warned about? You know, the ones the Dolphins probably planted in the press as a weak-ass attempt to quell the outrage of moving a Pro Bowl running back for pennies on the dollar because Adam Gase doesn’t have emotional intelligence. Let’s see how things are going:

This video tells me all I need to know about how Ajayi is fitting in so far. He gets pulled down from behind on a would be touchdown run. What do Corey Clement and Kenjon Barner do? They EVISCERATE him by telling him to get his ass over to the sideline, that he’s slow as shit and his speed is about to get lowered to 70 on Madden. Love it. Ajayi has been here for, like, 10 minutes and the guys whose carries he’s taking are ruthlessly breaking his balls like they’ve been friends for years. Man, I love this team.
