No Carson Wentz, no problem. Well, hopefully.

After clinching the NFC East last week in Los Angeles, the Nick Foles-led Eagles are in New Jersey to take on NFC East rival New York Giants in a game that still means something to the Birds. With a win, the Eagles can clinch a first round bye. With a win and a surprising Vikings loss to the Bengals would clinch homefield advantage throughout the NFC Playoffs.

To recap, here’s where the staff stands entering Week 15:

1: Bob (12-1)

2: Tyler (11-2)

T3: Chris, Coggin, Kyle (10-3)

T6: Kevin K, Phil, Tim (9-4)

9: Anthony (5-8) (5-5, according to Anthony)

Our predictions for this week are after the jump:

Phil: In the short term, watching the Eagles isn’t going to be nearly as fun or interesting as it has been all season. I’ve never driven a Maserati, but I drive a Honda and I imagine that the gulf between the experience of watching Carson Wentz and the experience of watching Nick Foles will be similar. Thank the schedule for what should be a turgid but ultimately solid and convincing win. The Giants are all solidly in self-preservation mode — they’re not risking their necks in this one. They’ll get down early and they won’t really fight back. Eagles 24, Giants 13.

Bob: I think this game is going to be ugly. Nick Foles will be functional, but the Eagles will struggle to put up a ton of points this week, though I expect them to cook on Christmas night. After struggling on the west coast the last two weeks, the defense will bounce back and the Eagles will survive a game that’s a bit closer than most expect. Eagles 20, Giants 13.

Coggin: My man Big Dick Nick will overcome an early interception and throw for 210 yards with two TDs in the game. The defense will come out hot and bothered and pound Eli into submission all afternoon. It’s a spirited blowout in honor of our fallen lord and savior Carson Wentz. Eagles 35, Giants 14.

Tim: Nick Foles plays a solid game and the Eagles defense dominates a decimated Giants offense. Eagles 23, Giants 13.

Anthony: This week, it doesn’t matter who is quarterbacking the Eagles. The Giants defense is flat out bad. Especially the pass defense. Look for Doug to let Nick Foles throw a lot to instill confidence in his new QB among his Eagles teammates as well as an anxious fan base. This one’s easy for the Birds. Eagles 33, Giants 13.

Chris: We’re fine with Foles. He might get off to a meh start, but I have faith. And I think we see more of Jay Ajayi. The Giants are also bad. Eagles 31, Giants 17.

Tyler: This game is the perfect arena for Nick Foles to boost his confidence and get comfortable with the first team. A win and some help gets the birds the top seed in the NFC, so the team should be in high spirits to achieve that and also show the league that they can still dominate even without Carson Wentz. Eagles 28, Giants 13.

Kevin K: Nick Foles 27, Giants 14.

Kyle: All the people calling for the Eagles to run are dumb. The Giants get torched through the air and Foles is more than capable to deliver strikes, particularly to Agholor. Big win. Not close. St. Nick. Eagles 32, Giants 18.
