Eagles beat writers don’t get to experience the joys of the road much. For away games they typically fly to a city the day before, spend the night there, cover the game the next day, and then fly back obscenely early in the morning to make the mid-day press conference the following day.

That is, of course, when the Eagles don’t spend the week on the left coast. Some of the beats are out there with them. This allows them to experience the frills usually reserved for, say, the Flyers beat writers lodging a poolside complaint or Tim Panaccio dining with Richie Sambora. So how are they handling it?

Amazing.

I would looooooove to imagine that Les Bowen and Paul Domowitch were with him there. I somehow doubt it. But that doesn’t stop me from imagining it.

Someone asked Turron how things are on the home front:

FALL BACK!

Impressively, he was tweeting out Eagles links two hours later, at what would be around 3 a.m. West Coast time, so much respect to his grind. And hers.
