Six of the last seven for the 76ers.

The Sixers have dropped six of their last seven games after a bad 117-115 loss at the Chicago Bulls on Monday night. Chicago ended the game on an 18-8 run.

With the loss, the team falls below .500 to 14-15 overall. They were without Joel Embiid and Trevor Booker, however, due to injuries.

Dario Saric got the start and scored a game-high 27 points in 31 minutes of play. Ben Simmons had 19 markers, but was just 1-5 from the free throw line. Amir Johnson started for Embiid and had four points.

Also, Furkan Korkmaz doesn’t have to commute to Delaware anymore. He is out indefinitely.

The Flyers came back down the Earth last night as they fell to the LA Kings, 4-1. The loss snapped the team’s six-game winning streak. Jakub Voracek scored the lone tally for Philly.

The Eagles escaped a close game against the Giants on Sunday. Some fans are upset about the narrow win, Kevin Kinkead is not in the camp. He lauded Nick Foles in his takeaways:

The biggest positive, in my mind, is that Nick showed off a lot of the traits that make Carson Wentz effective. He shrugged off a defender with a head fake and step-through. He took hits in the pocket. He connected a few times while rolling right. He went through his progressions and picked out a variety of targets for scores, just like Carson. All four touchdowns were caught by a different player.

Sure, it’s only one game against a 2-11 team, but that performance should significantly assuage the concerns of fans who were ready to throw in the towel.

The Office is coming back:

Sources confirm to TVLine exclusively that the Peacock network is eyeing a continuation of the beloved workplace comedy for the 2018-2019 season. The revival would once again be set at Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton, PA., branch, and feature a mix of new and old cast members. Steve Carell, who starred as the branch’s regional manager, Michael Scott, for seven of the comedy’s nine seasons, will not be involved in the new series. The search for a new RM/boss is said to be already underway.
