It’s the last week of the NFL regular season, and the Eagles are trying to sneak into the playoffs this afternoon. The Birds are in Washington to take on the Redskins, while the Bears try to help the Eagles by beating the Vikings in Minnesota. Wins by the Eagles and Bears will give Philly a spot in the playoffs.

The Eagles and Vikings are both favored at -6, according to Fanduel Sportsbook.

Our predictions are after the jump:

Chris: It’s been a rough season for the Birds. They shouldn’t be in this position in the first place, whether it was them making the playoffs or already being eliminated. But with Nick Foles, they’ve made themselves as a possible playoff bound team. The Eagles shouldn’t have much to worry about with the Redskins, while the Bears just squeak out a win over the Vikings since they’d rather not face them again next week. Eagles 28, Redskins 10 (Eagles -6). Bears 24, Vikings 21 (Bears +6).

Jeff: Eagles get what they deserve. Eagles 27, Redskins 13 (Eagles -6). Vikings 27, Bears 20 (Vikings -6).

Mike: Can’t blow large 4th Quarter leads at home and expect to be a playoff team. Sad! Eagles 24, Redskins 14 (Eagles -6). Vikings 24, Bears 14 (Vikings -6).

Tim: The Eagles will control the game against Washington, but they don’t control their destiny. The ghosts of earlier losses to Carolina and Tennessee (among others) will haunt this team and cost them a chance to compete in the playoffs. The Eagles win, but so do the Vikings. On to 2019. Eagles 24, Redskins 10 (Eagles -6).

Coggin: Eagles come out strong and knock the Redskins around for four quarters. A dominant win is all for naught when they look up at halftime and see the Vikings are beating the Bears by 10. Bears pull their starters by the 4th quarter and the Eagles miss out on the playoffs, but finish a respectable 9-7 on the year. Eagles 38, Redskins 13 (Eagles -6).

Phil: I think this Redskins team will play like a group of C students on the last day of school, physically there but mentally already on the long vacation. The Eagles won’t need to do much to win this game, and when they see “Bears 3 Vikings 23 3Q” on the stadium scoreboard in the second half, they’ll know that their sort of furious comeback is going to fall half a game short. Memo to Doug Pederson: Nothing good ever comes from getting swept by the Cowboys. Eagles 26, Redskins 17 (Eagles -6).

Anthony: You’ll be excited early as the Eagles will come out loose and aggressive and go up quickly on the depleted Redskins. But as the day goes on and you scoreboard watch and you realize the Vikings aren’t going to lose, this final win of the season will be bittersweet. Take the Eagles and the over though. Maybe that parlay (or tease it down) will make you feel a little bit better. Eagles 31, Redskins 16 (Eagles -6). Vikings 23, Bears 17 (Push).

Bob: Should be a fun January. Redskins 30, Eagles 27 (Redskins +6). Vikings 24, Bears 0 (Vikings -6).

Russ: I hated this team this year for large stretches. Then St. Nick saved the day and restored my faith. Today is the Feast of the Holy Family. St. Nick will deliver a win, the Bears will take down the Vikings, and the 49ers will hang in long enough to make Chicago play their starters. Blessed are they who do not see yet still believe. Eagles 38, Redskins 17 (Eagles -6).
