Ennis back:

Ennis had a $1.8 million player option that he declined back in May, preferring to look for a new deal. His agent did, however, confirm that Ennis enjoyed his time in Philadelphia and would entertain a return, so here we are, with the veteran grinder coming back for another season at an average value that would pay him a little more than $2 million per year.

It’s a slight raise, not a lot, but he gets another chance to play for a winner, and the Sixers get another solid defender, returning the 6’7″ swingman who shoots the three at a career 35.7%. Ennis appeared in 11 playoff games this spring, averaging 8 points and 4 rebounds in 21 minutes per.
