If you’ve spent any time listening to the radio, watching TV, or browsing the worldwide web over the last few weeks, you’ve likely heard about the FanDuel Sportsbook Sports Equinox free play promotion.

The number one question we’ve been getting: What the heck is it and how do I play? Fear not, friends, we’re here for you.

On Sunday, October 27, all four major sports leagues may be in action on the same day– a rare event dubbed “the Sports Equinox.” FanDuel is celebrating by running a free play contest, where users who select 20 or more winners will win a share of a large cash prize pool, currently valued to be over $345,000.

FanDuel Sportsbook, which recently launched in Indiana, is also available in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and West Virginia. Players in all states can participate.

How to Play

FanDuel Sportsbook equinox free play

If you sign up with FanDuel Sportsbook here, you’ll be greeted by the Free Play signup page.

Click through the link, and you’ll be taken to a page featuring 26 games taking place across the four major sports on Sunday, October 27.

If you pick 20 or more of the 26 games correctly, you’ll get cut of the overall payout– advertised to be $345,000 or more.

It’s worth noting that the payout is still pending, due to the potential for the “Full Equinox” being downgraded to a “Partial Equinox.”

What?

You see, the entire thing hinges on whether or not the World Series will go to Game 5 in Washington. The answer to that question will affect the overall payout potential for interested players.
