The Philadelphia Eagles Made a Trade
Blockbuster move.

Roster Move: #Eagles have acquired DE Genard Avery from Cleveland in exchange for an undisclosed draft pick in 2021.#FlyEaglesFly pic.twitter.com/UsKZIUoudF

24 years old, fifth round draft pick last season.
Avery played 16 games last year, starting five, and finished with 40 tackles, 4.5 sacks, 5 tackles for loss and 14 QB hits. Adam Caplan says “Eagles had been trying to acquire him for a while + other teams were involved in trying to acquire him.”
He had only played in two games this season for whatever reason, and now he’s a Bird. Browns Twitter seems to be annoyed with this, which is a good sign.
Genard Avery (55) absolutley bulldozing the lineman in front of him. #Browns fans sad to see a young kid with so much talent go. pic.twitter.com/8voPhr4npE
