Rudy Giuliani, former New York City mayor.

I guess the story is that he’s leading President Trump’s legal efforts in Philadelphia? Something like that. We haven’t been paying too much attention because we usually STICK TO SPORTS at Crossing Broad. Most of the partisan political bickering just goes in one ear and out the other.

But today Rudy took a few specific swipes at our proud city when he said this:

Giuliani:

“…if you lived in Philadelphia – unless you’re a stunod – that’s an Italian expression for stupid, unless you’re stupid, you knew that a lot of people come over from Camden to vote. They do every year. Happens all the time in Philly. It’s about as frequent as getting beaten up at a Philadelphia Eagles basketball, football game. Happens all the time. All the time. And it’s allowed to happen because it’s a Democrat, corrupt city and has been for years. Many, many years. And they carried it out in places where they could get away from it.”

Not to get political, but here’s why Rudy is lying –

The City of Philadelphia cannot even properly collect taxes, the trash, or recycling. The people working at the Department of Revenue and various local agencies have no idea what they’re doing. That considered, do we really believe that our fearless leaders could organize and execute some massive voter fraud scheme?

Didn’t think so!
