Doug Pederson recently listed his Moorestown home for $2.7 million, and if that’s not your style, you can buy Carson Wentz’s house instead.

The Colts quarterback is selling his place, which appears to be in the middle of nowhere. It’s way down in Woodstown, which is off route 40 near Pilesgrove in Salem County. There is literally nothing around him, not at all. Look at the aerial picture of his house and you can barely see any other buildings in the shot:

It’s a sick place though. Five beds, 4.5 baths, 7,408 square feet on 11 acres and custom built in 1995.

Here’s the description:

“This sunny and totally remodeled multi level home with its state of the art kitchen presenting copper style farmhouse sink and oversized granite will impress the most famous of chefs. Floor to ceiling walls of glass, stone fireplace, wide plank flooring, custom banisters, and barn house sliding doors enhance the abundance of upgrades! The owner suite is incredible and resembles a relaxing spa like atmosphere offering a custom glass spa shower with several rain showerheads and sprays. The additional 4 bedrooms offer private baths and lots of closet space, plus views. The lower level offers walk out living to a terrace, outdoor kitchen, heated pool and views of the pond. There is a custom bar, gym, and a magnificent theater that seats 10! Steps away is your own detached entertainment center with an indoor endless pool, game room loft, work center and a bonus hunting room with walk in safe. Use it as a 6+ car garage if need be, along with its current three car attached garage! The geothermal heating, zoned AC along with its southern exposure affords the owner low utility costs. You must see this incredible home just 10 minutes from Route 55 and 30 minutes to the Philadelphia sports centers!”

It’s so gnarly.

Check out some of these photos:

Awesome floors, great finishes. The back splash and stone work there is really nice. Huge kitchen with a lot of open space and large windows.

I mean, come on. It’s a huge shower with a bench, and then there’s a separate tub with three windows overlooking the woods. Not a neighbor in sight.

Downstairs bar area with pool table, game room, wine racks, upscale everything.

The garage looks to have been converted into a weight room with a hot tub. There are deer heads mounted on the wall. Yes, this is definitely Carson’s house.

Wood paneling, a closet for camouflage hunting jackets, and a stuffed bird on the wall? Looks like we’ve found the hunting room mentioned in the listing. This is probably the area where he prepped before going outside with the dogs or whatever Carson did. He had those three pups that were really cute.

Outdoor pool with a pavilion/pergola type of bar thing. Big outdoor staircase and deck that overlooks the yard. Not bad!

Looks like Carson bought this place in the summer of 2016. The taxes are $20k per year and your kid would be going to Upper Pittsgrove. I can’t imagine it sells for $1.7 million, but it’s a sick house and if it sits on the market for a while, maybe we can try to LOW BALL the Wentz family and come away with a steal. Maybe we get Howie Roseman to help us extract maximum value.
