You can make an easy argument for either team in this coin flip of a game. Either Philly responds with pride after blowing back-to-back huge leads, proving their worth as the East’s top seed, or the Sixers lay down. If they do, it’s likely the humiliation of a blowing two massive leads was too much to overcome.
We don’t want to be involved in that portion of the game, but we do believe that Game 6 will prove a high intensity war between two desperate and hungry teams. This should play like a Game 7 in terms of focus, as Philly knows there is no tomorrow without a victory and Atlanta is aware that having to head back to Philadelphia for a Game 7 could certainly spell their doom. The Hawks will have the added advantage of being able to play loose here, as they are at home as underdogs and playing with house money. They will be able to take some chances and shoot some shots that Philadelphia would have to think twice about and that could open this game up.

In an elimination game, you can be sure that the trailing team will do whatever is within their power to extend the game and give itself a chance to win. We saw it halfway through the second quarter of Game 5, in fact, when Atlanta started intentionally fouling Ben Simmons because they were down 20+ points.
