It baffles me that we used to just accept Ed Rendell being a part of Eagles postgame. Especially when he’s next to one of the greatest football minds of all time. Michael Barkann would throw it to the Gov after a loss and it was like visiting your pop pop at the nursing home. “The Eagles are soft, this country is soft.” Only because guys didn’t have blood leaking out of their ears any longer on the concrete Vet turf.

Remember when he said we were losing to China because the NFL moved the Eagles game from Monday to Tuesday because of snow? –
