We’ve cracked the code, or at least Liam has. The Cowboys’ hilarious final play of the season apparently was supposed to be a lateral back to Dak Prescott, but, alas, it was not to be:

Would it have worked?

Well probably not. It didn’t even make it to step 3 or 4 because steps 1 and 2 were blown up immediately by San Francisco. And even then they would have had to go 80 yards down the field and into the end zone, so plugging it into the Crossing Broad analytics formula, we can say this play had a DYAR 0.000000000001% chance of resulting in a touchdown.

How bout them Cowboys!
