Michael Vick Says He’s Only at 75%

Whaaat?

We all knew Michael Vick was banged up from last Tuesday's game, but 75% seems a bit low, eh? [Pro Football Talk]

He said he went from 50 to 75 percent in one day.  Which leaves (abacus initiated) 25 percent to go to get him to 100 percent.

So could he miss the game?

“That’ll never happen,” Vick said.  “Regardless of what the situation is, I’m gonna make sure I’m there for my team. . . . I’m pretty confident that I’ll be able to go out there and play.”

Did he get a "power up" somewhere in there?  Make no mistake, Vick will play in this game. Although, it is concerning that he was as low as 50% from his quad contusion (read: thigh bruise). He could also be playing mind games with the Packers by downplaying his health.

  1. Vintage sandbagging. First play will involve him spinning away from Mathews and running for 60 yards.

  2. Well if Vick can manage to jump and punch a question mark block above his head, maybe a magic mushroom will come out of it, and if he is able to run into it, he will be at 100%. At least, that’s how it works in video games. It must be true in real life.
