Eagles offensive tackle Jason Peters (right) was supposed to be a celebrity guest at a nightclub in Shreveport, Louisiana last night. Rapper Rick Ross (left) was performing. By the end of the night, both men were arrested in separate incidents.
The reason why? Well, Ross was busted for marijuana possession. Some people just can't stay away from that sticky-icky-icky… tisk tisk.
However, it wasn't the same case for Peters. He just didn't want to turn the music down his car. Apparently being mind-numbingly loud is worth being handcuffed… you can't make this stuff up, folks. You just can't.
Via the most trusted news source the world over… TMZ:
He was busted for a loud music violation and resisting an officer after cops asked him to turn down the music in his car and he refused. Police tell us they asked Peters for his ID several times, but he refused that too. Poor choice.
Poor choice? No shit… talk about pride fostering ignorance.
Nothing will probably come of this, so no worries. You can fully expect Jason Peters to be on the front line protecting Michael Vick… whenever the hell that may be.
