Car Bomb spoke with the Chicago Sun Times this week. Not surprisingly, he talked a bit about his time in Philadelphia:
Is the Philly media as tough as they say it is?
Yeah. Itβs ridiculous. .β.β. If you lose, people look for excuses, and they nitpick. They make stories out of nothing. Itβs unfortunate. Thatβs just the way it is. Itβs kind of their culture. People are kind of outspoken and rude.
This comes from the professional hockey player who once Tweeted about sticking his fingers in daddy's little girl. Perhaps his definition of the word differs from ours.
He's not entirely incorrect, however. Fans (and bloggers?) are "rude," but that's because they (we?) care. Reporters are rude because they have a job to do, though I'd argue some of the older beat writers can be dicks at times… oh, hello, Tim Panaccio:
Yeah, that's what C Bomb was talking about.
Hey, while we're on the subject of rude, let's take a look at where Jodie Sweetin is at in life:
I bet Danny would love to Tweet about that.

I guess he’s got a point, look how they blew Richards and Carter out of proportion. Whatever, it’s irrelevant when you had 5 points a year
Congrats on taking the opportunity to turn this post into former child actor whore pictorial – not a slam, really made it more enjoyable
I’d still hit it…
Carcillo is a no talent lowlife. glad he’s gone
Is it weird my mouth just started motor boating on instinct?
“I bet Danny would love to Tweet about that.” Danny Tanner or Danny Carcillo?
Wow. I’d like to add that to my Burger.
Anyway I agree with Carcillo the Philadelphia media is the worse. Im from here and love everything Philadelphia but I hate listening to anyone who isnt Michael Barcan. I dont include philly bloggers as the media however. I see you guys more as one of us with a little bit to much free time. Except when u guys write stories about what makes a good philly fan and what doesnt bc that feeds into the stereotypes agianst the city and is the kind of douchery that makes people hate the media.
OMG, did someone (MacJacMcCoy) just say ” I hate listening to anyone who isnt Michael Barcan”
Someone needs to get a life…spends too much time watching CSN or as I have heard it called, “The Michael Barcan Network”.
It’s amazing how every single athlete says the same thing; media makes up stories and blows things that aren’t true out of proportion. But yet the athletes are always wrong??? Maybe it might be time to look at what media members are writing and checking facts first. Then they wonder why the players never let them (media) around like they used to.
Its “Barkann” btw.

Dont know why it posted so many times, my bad…. Or wherethoseother random letters came from!! Haha, jokes on me i guess!
“You hear players, media people, say that it’s tough to play in Philly in front of these fans, to those people I say: you didn’t have the guts to succeed here” John Kruk
Maybe he should try to incorporate more fiber into his diet, he seems pretty butthurt.
Does anyone know why thefightins.com has been so terrible lately?
She’s Meth’d out of her mind
What a generalization from Panaccio. I’m Italian and I have very thin skin.
People from Philly are assholes. Time to accept reality.
Hmm! Sounds like “Car Bomb” was just another limp dick pussy who couldn’t handle the big city sporting media. Good riddance to bad rubbish!
Carcillo looks like the gravedigger friend from “Garden State”
@Scramblin Randall: “I’d still hit it…”? Are you implying you would have hit 1989 Jodi Sweeten aka Stephanie Judith Tanner?
Um, no the 2010 post-meth version from the first pic after the panotch tweet. I am a little disturbed that you know he middle name is Judith however.
I would love to have sex with Steph Tanner
It’s “It’s” btw.

With the exception of anything said about Carter/Richards, Carcillo speaks the truth.
I still can’t stop laughing at the delusionals who think Carter and Richards are squeaky clean angels.
