Crossing Broad Voted Best Sports Blog in Philly

Cbs_blog
You have spoken: Crossing Broad wins CBS Philly’s Most Valuable Sports Blogger Award.

Thank you to everybody who voted. I know I pestered you with links, but your support is much appreciated. I’ve been running this site for close to two years, and it’s pretty damn cool to receive recognition from readers, especially when there are so many other blogs out there. So, thank you for sticking with us.

As promised, we are due some sort of prize – I think. When received, I will pass back to you in a Six Pack. If for some reason it’s “non-transferable,” I’ll give away a prize of equal value.

Many of you offered up your congrats on Twitter yesterday, but if there was one response that sums up the way I’d like CB viewed, it’s this one:

  6. Kyle, you have been doing a bang up job. I come to this site several times a day since I found the site this time last year! Keep up the great work. From the funny articles, informative updates, to the special ticket pricing and Philly sports centered coupon announcements you keep things fresh and entertaining!
Glad you won, and hope that blogs like yours continue to get more recognition as the BLAH, BORING, Associated press articles get tired after a short while.
    Congrats bro….
