As Big League Stew points out, it certainly has that Miami art deco feel, but it also resembles an early-1980s cable TV station logo. I half expect the pseudo-Marlin to swoosh through the pixelating M while some sort of goofy techno music plays in the background. But hey, that's just me. It's much better than trying to get in on the early-90s large logo, neon fad that is currently sweeping the nation. Come to think of it, that exactly describes their old logo. Upgrade.
