This has nothing to do with anything, but here are 54 pictures from – I’m guessing, because, you know, I can’t read Russian – Russia’s equivalent to Maxim. Of note is the picture of Jaromir Jagr holding a cat… and the two pictures of the KHL’s ice girls. This one:

…and this one, in which they’re not wearing any clothes.

Also, only a few hours remain to give your offer on discounted Flyers tickets for tomorrow night. This is a new service brought to our attention by our friends from TiqIQ. While it is a plug, I shit-you-not when I say this is absolutely the coolest ticket buying thing I have ever seen. It basically functions like Hotwire for tickets, allowing you to select your game and seating level, then putting in your best offer or what you're willing to pay. I was able to get two seats in the first level, sixth row for $80 a pop for Richie's return tomorrow night. They are normally $165 each. It’s very, very legit.

It’s easy to use and you can offer what you’d like for tickets. Check it out here.

  1. I really wanted to try this but:
    1) You have no idea what seats you’re bidding on. You don’t even know what section they’re in?! They could literally be anywhere in the 360° around the ice.
    2) You have to enter your credit card information in as part of the initial bid. So you’re blindly entering a dollar amount for seats that you don’t even know the location for. You don’t get any chance to review the seats, if your bid is accepted your card is charged before you even find out what seats you got. Deal breaker.

  2. Used that site the other night. Got 2 seats in 116 for Flyers-Kings for $75 each. Face value $155 and they overnighted the tickets to me for free.

  3. Deezy- you’re completely wrong. You can select any one of five seating levels that are broken down and clearly shown. Not only that, you enter credit card and price willing to pay. So if you get them, they’re purchased. That’s the tradeoff for getting ridiculous discounts, just. like. hotwire.
