Semis: Awkward Cliff Lee Interview, Ryan Howard Speaks About Rehab, Jonathan Papelbon Compares Philly to Paris

It’s Friday afternoon. It’s nice out. And I don’t feel like writing.

– On his podcast, 6 Minutes, Ryan Howard talks about his rehab and says he is hitting off live pitching. Also, gets up at 5 a.m. and is forced to watch the Phillies on his computer because, apparently, he hasn’t figured out that you can subscribe to the MLB package on TV. Give it a listen.

– In an interview with SI.com, Jonathan Papelbon said he loves Philly. He compared it to… Paris.

"Philadelphia has a cool feel to it, man. It's a vibe that the city produces. It makes you feel like you are in Paris. I've never been to Paris, but I've seen it in a lot of movies. I think [Philadelphia] is going to be a great place to live."

Read it.

– Finally, Chasey:

  1. Wow, this site is Philly slob central isnt it? Are you the people who taunted Werth when he was injured and left the field? Fat drunk and stupid is no way to go through life but a sad way of life in Philly

  2. Chase isn’t going to play this year.
    If ever again.
