GIF Cliff Lee First Win Celebrations Were Delightfully Awkward

Kyle Scott - July 5, 2012

Easily the best part of Cliff Lee getting his first win of the season on the Fourth of July was the potential for awkward displays of man love (pot, kettle).

For once, the Phils didn't disappoint.

A Gatorade bath from the unlikeliest of Gatorade bathers, Cole Hamels and Roy Halladay? Awkward hugs from Jonathan Papelbon and Carlos Ruiz? A Can I Play Too, Guys? fist bump from Kyle Kendrick? And Brick Mike Fontenot acting like he's one of the boys? It's all here.

Maybe its the thing to turn it all around. They had fun yesterday. Playing well, winning, and having fun might start to get contagious…
    Probably not though.
