Sarge Has No Idea What Goes On Inside the Production Truck

A few times last night the Phillies broadcast showed their production truck (it was someone’s birthday or something), which is where, as Sarge would have you believe, balls and strikes are controlled for Phanavision. That’s actually not the case at all because it’s, you know, a TV control room… and not the scoreboard control area.
T-Mac had a good laugh about it, as Sarge talked about how often the scoreboard is wrong, an accusation for which he would later apologize.
He’s only been doing this for the better part of a decade:
