A couple months ago we showed you a picture of Eric Wellwood’s bloody skate after Wellwood had an artery and his Achilles sliced by a skate. Today, he got his cast off and began rehab, and his leg looks predictably gross.
Watch the video after the jump. “I only had a certain amount of time before I bled out.”
As Cleveland would say, “that’s just nasty!” I never have had to have a cast placed on me, but is that normal to lose that much muscle?
The hideousness of that foot will haunt my dreams forever.
And this is why hockey players are a different breed.
Is that a coach purse in that photo?
Fastest player in the NHL that doesnt know how to play hockey…..
Skipping leg day bro?
mmmm hmmmm, I’d still lick his 3rd leg, if you know what i mean….
Look at that atrophy.
That amount of atrophy is indeed normal. Especially after 6 weeks of bed rest. Once he gets back to walking, it’ll come back fairly quickly.
