My theory: He’s not generous– he’s just an idiot. He chooses the nearest hundred, adds it on as a tip, and, boom: easy math. Just change the hundreds column. Even the Lochness Monster can add 4 and 4. Now, what’s going to be really interesting is when he racks up a bar tab over a grand. Say, $1,242. I leave you four hundred and forty two one thousand dollars!
