Sixers Guard K.J. McDaniels’ Mom Is Really Upset with the Sixers Tanking

Late last night/early this morning, after the Sixers fell to 0-11, Liberty Ballers‘ Michael Levin tweeted sarcastically, “do u think the sixers are tanking? yell your opinion repeatedly on twitter dot com.” We all know what is happening, and many fans are okay with it. But the national media focus on it — and the stupid “Could Kentucky beat them?” argument — has been on a high over the last few days. Levin likely expected a few Tweets in response from angry fans, or ones in agreement. He probably didn’t expect this, from rookie K.J. McDaniels’ mom:

She was then later nice enough to formally answer the question:

And then she took a stroll through Levin’s recent timeline, just dropping some knowledge:

So she’s seen the product on the court and is not happy about it. In fact, she hasn’t been happy about it for some time now. Here’s a Tweet from 49 days ago:

Oh. At least we know she won’t be down at the WFC with a “That’s My Boy #14” sign anytime soon. But do we think (impressive) McDaniels will re-sign when that one-year contract is up or naw?

  1. Jim, why don’t you post stories that people actually care about? Who gives a shit about McDaniel’s mom thinks?

How about one of you jokers post about how Shady just threw the offensive line under the bus yesterday? Just an idea.

    1. Or you could write about how the Eagles tweeted last night that Nicky Franchise is already taking snaps at practice. More time reporting, less time giving Kyle hj’s.

      1. And then Kyle could post the chicken tenders videos again! CHICKEN TENDERS KYLE, YOU SHOULD TRY THEM!

    2. Man you effeminate manginas are worst than a woman on her monthly cycle.

You want more meaningless Eagles posts start your own blog and stop bitching and moaning eveyday on this one(losers).

      1. Yo Bobo! You’re grammar and spelling is piss poor my man. Plus your response is straight up retarded bro. Welcome to Philadelphia you out of town tool bag. In this town, the Eagles run shit. Even the most insignificant story about our birds is more important than any other team in the city. This is Philadelphia and we fight bro. So if you don’t have it in you, you can hit the bricks. Culture wins football. Right KYLE? Or chicken fucking tenders!!! DO IT KYLE!!!

        1. You clown stop using Chip Kelly’s corny ass cliches and come up with your own material, and stop claiming you from Philly when everyone knows you grew in the suburbs and still live with mommy and daddy.

Like I said earlier chump create your own blog and stop bitching and moaning on this one.

And btw mommas boy born and raised in Southwest Philly(Elmwood section),somewhere a pampered suburbanite like you would never venture to.

  2. OH MY GOD. My son who makes millions playing on a NBA team, but I’m so upset they are losing! Last thing I want to read about is her tweets. No shady blog? How about some Leclair/Lindros highlights before the game tonight? Do better Jim.

  3. Way to be supportive and positive for your son’s future/career. Inflate his ego some more mom. And “tanking” implies that your own son is not playing to his full potential as well, so there’s that. Stupid parenting.

    1. Like me, she probably didn’t even know who he was ’til he got recruited for Division-I basketball.

  4. Something tells me that we’ll be hearing about a “Ryan Howard-esque” legal battle from within the McDaniels family in a couple years…

  5. CB should really just change the name of this site to “Did you see you Tweeted something?”
I’m sure Marcus Vick tweeted something stupid today where’s that screen snap?
    Nobody following Shady’s baby-mama anymore?

  6. If you’re son was getting fewer minutes than a player in Robert Covington, who was literally signed off the street a week ago, you’d be upset as well.

    1. True, but I’d like to believe that, as a parent, I’d handle myself a little more professionally than this.

  7. I may be wrong, but I believe he will only be a restricted free-agent after this season. The Tankers can match any offer made to him and he really doesn’t have a choice.

    1. Agreed but at the same time it’s a flat out disgrace Brett Brown is giving Robert Covington, who only a week ago was in the d-league,more minutes than their own draft pick in Kj McDaniels.

  8. If your son was that great, he’d be dominating on this shitty squad. Shut your mouth, cuz them burgers aren’t gonna flip themselves.
