So I got a few emails since last night from people who ordered their shirts early wondering why they hadn’t arrived yet. I asked the warehouse about it and got the following response that makes me want to punch small- to medium-sized babies:

Is this email for the Philly sweatshirts?? If so you can thank [redacted] for this. He always thinks he is doing something good and forgets what he did. So what happened is [redacted] put a bunch of the Phillys in a different folder in Shipworks and forgot about them. I just realized what he did yesterday. So i printed all the orders out of that folder and filled them last night. We have a couple still that need to be filled.

Yeah no worries, [redacted], it’s only December 10 and the product is a holiday sweatshirt. Let’s just futz around with a new file folder system during Q4.

Anyway, if you’re one of the few (in actuality it was only a handful of orders) who ordered in the first few days (week of Thanksgiving) and didn’t get yours yet, that’s why. As for all orders going forward, here’s the stock situation as of writing this:

Green:

All sizes except LARGE and XL are in-stock and ready to ship within 24 hours. You can order LARGES and XLs, however, and they will print-ship Fri-Monday, so getting for Christmas parties late next week or next weekend shouldn’t be a problem.

Red:

All sizes except MEDIUM and XL are in-stock and ready to ship within 24 hours. You can order MEDIUM and XLs, however, and they will print-ship Fri-Monday, so getting for Christmas parties late next week or next weekend shouldn’t be a problem.

Keep in mind, stock can change rather quickly. We’ve had some orders of four sweatshirts or more. But most sizes are in-stock and ready to go. Shipping is generally two days with Priority Mail, but that’s USPS and they’re pretty much the worst people on Earth, so you can’t hold me to that. We’ll be adding overnight delivery options by the end of the week.
