Honest to God, I think we might be able to use the momentum and PR backlash from this to push Amaro out. He gon’ done it now– ripping into the most scorned fan base in all of sports. This is his for who? for what? moment, his practice line, his I gotta do a better job decry. There’s no coming back from this. I’m serious. Ruben Amaro will forever be known as the guy who said “fans don’t understand the game” after mismanaging his team from the best to the worst in baseball in just three short years. And I couldn’t be more happy about it. Fire Ruben. Fire him now.
