John Bolaris’ work at Philly.com [editor’s note: which was actually pretty good] came to an end yesterday as they partnered with NBC10’s gimmicky First Alert Weather for their weather updates (you know, the people with the giant “First Alert Weather Day” logo in the corner of your TV when it’s barely snowing). Bolaris, as always, wasn’t happy and took to Twitter to voice his opinion, this time on his professional account. But there’s a lot more where that came from:
And he closed it all out by threatening to compare his forecasts and NBC10’s side-by-side this year to see which is better, and called for everyone to grab their torches and pitchforks and take down Comcast. I’m with him on that last one.
