Eagles Disaster – Kiko Alonso is Hurt. Kendricks too.

Kiko Alonso, the Eagles new middle linebacker who had the great interception in the end zone against Atlanta, left the game with a left knee injury late in the second quarter, and the team immediately announced that he would not return.

This is the same knee that he tore his ACL in last year. He also had some tendonitis in it during training camp.  This could be very bad, as DeMeco Ryans was looking bad on any play requiring mobility earlier in the game.

It didn’t look like this game could get worse, but it always can. Mychal Kendricks left the game with a hamstring injury and is questionable for return. Jason Peters was shaken up. And Dallas wasn’t immune — Tony Romo broke his collarbone and is out for at least 8 games.

  1. How could this happen with all their custom smoothies?!

It’s funny how Chip Kelly understands the random nature of injuries, but his fluffers don’t.

  2. Looks like those Buffalo Wild Wings paid off for the Cowboys. Kyle and Jim should both take a dozen hot wings up the ass for writing such shitty stories and being such lame homers. Time for Chip to take his act back to some rinky dink college town. 0 for 50 is going to turn into 0 for 100 in a hurry for the young delusional Eagles fans.

  3. so weird, you mean trading a All Pro RB for a guy who has torn his ACL 2 times and probably a 3rd time today was a bad idea?

At some point the idiots in this city will get it. Getting often injured players- means they WILL GET INJURED. Embiid, Alonso the list goes on.

The wheels have fallen off this awful team, and I love it. Nobody deserves it more than “Chip”

  4. It blows my mind that a guy who continually writes grammatically incorrect posts continues to get assignments. Get him a writing tutor or get him out.
