I kind of feel bad for Shady. You can’t argue that he isn’t an all time great Eagle and Chip def did him dirty. I hope when he retires he comes back and gets the recognition he deserves

    • Mitchie tools December 13, 2015 at 10:56 pm

Nothing on Jason Peters & Vinny Curry throwing LeSean McCoy a wlelcome back party, in old city?

    • LPG December 14, 2015 at 8:13 am

Why are eagles fans booing a guy who wanted to stay on the team and has been very upset about being traded???
With how the run game has looked without him I’d say philly fans should be booing the the guy that traded him. drunks

      • Br. Bobvin Bobroe December 14, 2015 at 8:35 am

        Because they are stupid.

        Because Eagles fans are stupid.

They are a bunch of babies who always see themselves as the victim.

        • Bovine December 14, 2015 at 9:01 am

Trying again. I know McCoy is playing the victim here, not the Eagle fans. Why boo a guy that screams racism? Why boo a guy that throws women off a bus on the turnpike? Why boo a punk?

If OJ came back to Buffalo we would cheer him because we are nice people. Shucks. Golly Gee.

          • Br. Bobvin Bobroe December 14, 2015 at 9:22 am

So why didn’t Eagles fans boo him last year when he played for the Eagles?

He had been accused of all those things last year too when he played here. Yet the last time he played in Philly as an Eagle, he was cheered. In fact, didn’t they have a little ceremony for him?

So the stupid Eagles fans booed him yesterday because McCoy got traded and was upset about it because he loved being an Eagle. He didn’t leave for more money. He did not choose to leave. And the team would still be better if they had him instead of Kiko Alosimoneau.

So the constant victim Eagles fans booed him. McCoy is now on a long list of people who have disrespected Eagles fans

          • Bovine December 14, 2015 at 9:58 am

Babbling nonsense. The guy is acting like a punk and screaming racism. He deserves everything he gets.

They didn’t boo him because he loved being an Eagle or because he was traded. He was booed because he is acting like an idiot. Did they boo Dawkins? McNabb? – Insert name here – . NO> They booed an asshat because he deserved it. Try to keep up.

          • BR. BOBVIN BOBROE December 14, 2015 at 10:02 am

Good point. Kind of stupid for me to spin it like he was booed because he loved being an Eagle and didn’t want to be traded. I call Eagle fans stupid, but my argument is so transparent I end up looking like a big idiot. Seriously, how stupid can I be?

          • Br. Bobvin Bobroe December 14, 2015 at 10:53 am

So they were booing him because he trash talked an opposing team’s coach?

Man. You Eagles fans are soft and stupid.

You sound like TO crying about Tony Romo. “That’s my quarterback!”

          • BR. BOBVIN BOBROE December 14, 2015 at 10:57 am

Nope. That is just as dumb as saying they booed him because he wanted to be an Eagle.

I know they booed him because he is acting like a jerk and calling people racist for no reason, but I will keep trying.

            Be right back.

          • Br. Bobvin Bobroe December 14, 2015 at 11:39 am

The Eagles fans should be booing Chip Kelly for trading a Pro Bowl running back for an injury prone middle linebacker who avoids contact and can’t tackle.

          • BR. BOBVIN BOBROE December 14, 2015 at 12:30 pm

Wait. The Eagle fans did complain about Kelly trading McCoy for Kiko. I guess I will just keep changing my stance until I can make a coherent point. In the meantime – you should never boo people that call others racist for no reason and never boo people that don’t have the guts to talk about it.

I am a fan of a different team and we never boo. We am smart.

          • Br. Bobvin Bobroe December 14, 2015 at 3:40 pm

Like I said, Eagles fans booed him because they are stupid.

It is the reason Eagles fans boo everything. Because they are stupid.

The worst part of the whole thing is none of them have any idea how stupid they are. And they think that booing people makes them look smart for some reason.

            TL:CR, Eagles Fans are Stupid.

      • Tommy Joseph December 14, 2015 at 9:40 am

It’s the racist comment. Simple as that. Had he said nothing, then he would have been cheered.

      • Anger E December 14, 2015 at 9:51 am

LPG, you’re an idiot. The guy is a punk and he deserves to be booed. Loudly. The running has really suffered without him. Through 13 games last season, the Eagles had 1,562 rushing yards. This year they have 1,504 yards. F Shady and F you, dumbass.

    • Paul jolovitz fan club president December 14, 2015 at 8:48 am

I’m so sick and tired of white people keeping black people down. We should really increase welfare to 100k per year. Let them live like actual human beings

You on social media, jenn?? I want to see your tities

  • dan December 13, 2015 at 9:42 pm

I want my running back to show that emotion. Philly is giving McCoy a ton of shit for not shaking hands and running off the field. I don’t have a problem with it as long as he is playing his ass off on the field. McCoy is a better back than Murray will ever be.
That being said, fuck McCoy for his racist accusations after being traded. I hope that if McCoy wasn’t such a prideful fool, he would admit he spoke out of anger and did not actually mean what he said.

    • BringBackRichards December 13, 2015 at 11:49 pm

I totally agree with this. I don’t have a problem really with anything else he did. I don’t care if he never shakes hands with Kelly or lets anything go about the bad way they traded him. He really just can’t shake the one thing of accusing someone of being racist just because he was upset. All the talk just seemed to forget about this this week. The fans didn’t forget though and that’s why he was booed. If he had said sorry for the racist accusation, he would’ve been cheered.

  • Jon Marks Receeding Hairline December 13, 2015 at 9:45 pm

Sorry but I don’t feel bad for you at all Shady. You’re an awful person. You need to grow-up. If you acted like the bigger man, what happened didn’t bother you in the slightest, and/or even just been a class act, the reception would have been a lot different but it’s the constant obsession with the Eagles, Chip, etc and the need to keep running your mouth like a child that really painted you out to be an immature baby.

    • Rev. mikey miss December 13, 2015 at 10:26 pm

      THIS

This whole week has been pretty telling of how the media and former players (mostly black) feel about Chip. I don’t get it really, but they seem to have some irrational hatred for the guy. Every channel i turned on, even Comcast, was talking about the Chip/Shady thing and were trying to paint Shady as some kind of victim in all of this. Nobody wanted to bring up the obvious which is that Shady just said that shit to paint Chip in a negative light because he traded him. Problem is, labeling someone a racist stays with that person forever whether he is or isn’t. The media seems to dislike Kelly so much that they choose to go to bat for a scumbag like Shady even going as far as to say Chip owed him an apology?…..for what…..trading him? This happens all the time in every sport and there has never been this type of backlash, especially in support of someone like McCoy. And let’s be real…..the blacks are sticking up for Shady only because he is black and is involved in a racial issue….they know in their brains he is wrong but don’t have the balls to speak against their tribe, too scared to be labeled “uncle toms”. And the white guys on TV are just as worse because they know the truth as well, but don’t have the balls to challenge the blacks out of fear of being labeled “racist” themselves…..which is perpetuating what is going on today with all this “white guilt” and not wanting to offend the poor struggling black man…..even if that black man is a NFL superstar who has made over 60 million dollars in his career, yea the struggle is real. If your defending Shady in this dumbass ordeal or think “he was done dirty” like the nitwit who posted here first thinks, congratulations your a waste of fucking air.

      • Jon Marks Receeding Hairline December 13, 2015 at 11:08 pm

Did you hear McCoy on with Mikey Miss / Brian Westbrook on Friday? Brian Westbrook acted as McCoys translator … “Well mike, what LeSean is trying to say is…” He must have said that a million times, protecting his buddy’s best interests and trying to cover up his lack of education and maturity. I’ll give it to MM though, tried to press him with questions.

McCoy makes absolutely no sense. He said that he didn’t have a relationship with Chip in those two years, not enough to call him to go out for happy hour, so that’s why he wasn’t going to shake his hand. Weird methodology and its mind blowing that this could be someone’s line of thinking / someone’s truth. He’s so far from reality, I could easily see him being broke post-NFL.

And I don’t mean to be salty peanuts and I loved Westbrook as an Eagle and those years he was the whole offense but at the end, he had to go, and I think he still has a bit of a chip of his shoulder on that one. I mean he was bad at the end and with the concussions and stuff, I’m glad they got rid of him. He’s a very smart guy but between his chip on his shoulder and friendship with that jerk McCoy, I think he was defending McCoy against his own truths on Friday.

        • Rev. mikey miss December 13, 2015 at 11:37 pm

Nah i missed it, try not to listen to too much sports radio, and i definitely wasn’t listening this week. As for Shady, the guy certainly exhibits the behavior of a sociopath, lives in his own reality, and yea he is a player who will most likely be broke within 5 years out of the league. And for Westbrook, i agree he could still have a chip on his shoulder about him being released by the birds so he is sticking up for a player like shady who was traded by the same organization. Even on the postgame show Westbrook and the rest of the crew said they were surprised shady was mostly booed by the fans…..how fuckin dense can you be? Westbrook said he thinks Shady would have been cheered, but the tide shifted when Chip offered an apology, which was for the way the trade went down not directly for McCoy the person, and suggested Chip regained favor with the fanbase because of that………i think Westbrook has been hit in the head too many times. Westbrook also said the apology came too late but better late than never…..again, WTF is Chip apologizing for exactly? Shady found out about the trade from his agent, instead of his coach/GM BOOOO FUCKIN HOOOOO!!!!!! oh that must have been crushing….sorry shady but it actually isn’t that uncommon for your agent to be informed of you being traded before you are, especially if your looking to renegotiate a new deal. By the way…..it was the Buffalo staff who leaked it to the media and at the same time the Bills cut C.J. Spiller who was going on NFL network for a live interview and was texted right before going on and let the cat out of the bag right then. Then Shady locked himself in his room, like a teenager. I’m shocked that people are shocked that Shady didn’t exactly receive a warm welcome back….in 8-10 years maybe it is different.

    • Really? December 13, 2015 at 10:27 pm

      Yeah, he’s a real asshole. :-/

      • Really? December 13, 2015 at 10:28 pm

And this was today, in Philly, with an Eagles fan. What a POS…

        • Rev. mikey miss December 13, 2015 at 10:38 pm

Uh yeah he’s still an asshole…..every player does this

Kinda weak, bring something better to the table

      • Really? December 14, 2015 at 9:05 am

Then he took him on a road trip and threw him off the bus and left him on the side of the turnpike.

Seriously? The guy is childish scum. Mugging for a camera doesn’t make you a good person.

  • Herm Edwards December 13, 2015 at 9:57 pm

    The football Gods have spoken.

  • Bradford's Insurance Agent December 13, 2015 at 10:04 pm

Think sports media needs to acknowledge that LeSean has to live in Buffalo. Like, every day. No party buses. No spontaneous trips to New York or AC. Just…Buffalo. Every day.

    You would be salty too.

    • Flo December 13, 2015 at 10:12 pm

Niagra Falls is phenomenal this time of year!

    • Rev. mikey miss December 13, 2015 at 10:34 pm

Actually i have a feeling Shady changed his tune once he got there…..It ain’t like he is used to living anywhere that isn’t a shithole. Grew up in Harrisburg, went to school at Pitt, then i’m assuming lived somewhere in the Delaware Valley for his time here. What he may not have known about at first is the abundance of w h o r e houses right across the border in Canada….where they will basically do anything for cheap…and we all know Shady loves him some dirty mudsharks.

This immaturity is exactly why he isnt in philly. He showed just what kind of punk he is. Ran off field before game is over and wouldnt talk to reporters. Sucks because i am a huge fan of his talent, his attitude is baffling.

when there’s a dispute it’s because both parties are assholes. This is one of those times. Both Chip and Shady are arrogant, petulant douchetards.

    • Bob December 14, 2015 at 12:26 am

I don’t think so. McCoy is a typical racist chimp. Chip Kelly is an educated, articulate white man. Shady couldn’t handle dealing with a real man.

  • Bob December 14, 2015 at 12:24 am

Looks like a chimp-out to me. Shady want a banana?

  • Jim Halibut December 14, 2015 at 7:20 am

This week with Shady’s homecoming and the media nonsense (like most of CB’s posts this week) says more about us as a fan base than it does about Shady. We’re so quick to turn on our players and rip former greats to shreds. Two years ago this week in the aftermath of his 217 yards in a driving snowstorm, Shady was a hero to all in this town. He’s the all-time leading rusher in franchise history and Chip did do him wrong. And we’re killing Shady for showing some passion about the game that’s his livelihood? Get over it folks.

  • Fire Rob Ellis December 14, 2015 at 7:28 am

I like the anger and passion. But he ran off the field before time expired like a baby. Refused to talk to the media. Take the loss like a man. You wanted all the attention on yourself this week. Well own it after the game too.

WE’LL ALSO GET A RED HOT SEATTLE TEAM IN THE FIRST ROUND BUT WELL SMOKE THEM!!! ID ALSO LIKE TO SMOKE CHIPS COCH AND TICKLE IT WITH MY TONGUE UNTIL HE RELEASES HIS WARM JUICES ALL DOWN MY THROAT

  • BRIAN WESTBROOK TRYING TO PRONOUNCE "SUCCESSFUL" December 14, 2015 at 10:59 am

No postgame handshakes, straight to the locker room pissed about the loss. Just like it should be when you lose. True class and passion from Shady throwing his helmet in the tunnel after the loss. I’m sure the rest of you peons would’ve rather seen him smiling and laughing and exchanging jerseys with Kiko after the game like our sorry excuse of a team do after they lose.

  • AL Tru December 14, 2015 at 12:27 pm

did ya notice at mid field Lurie did all the talking ? Westbrook will never speak against the team or players.
