Mikal Bridges’ Dive to Send Villanova to the Final Four Looked Quite Familiar

And with this dive by Mikal Bridges on a ball knocked loose by Ryan Arcidiacono in the final seconds, Villanova sealed it’s fifth Final Four trip and second in seven years.

… with four seconds to go and Villanova up three. It, for all intents and purposes, secured the win, and was eerily reminiscent of another famous Villanova dive– Dwyane McClain’s, which won the National Championship in 1985:
