Dario Saric so happy be here. Just in time, too– rogue militants just overthrew the government in Turkey, something that, had Saric not been able come over, the local media, citing the dangers of signing players those knuckleheads couldn’t find on a map with large-print font, would’ve wielded like a sharp saber against the legacy of Sam Hinkie. Alas. Dario safe. Dario home. Dario… talking to local media about cars and stones.

Here are some pictures from the Sixers:

And here he is at his press conference, which CSN broadcast in crystal clear COLOR:

Media was sparse given the 5:45 p.m. on a Friday press conference, so Dario took some questions through PR man Mike Preston’s iPhone, which apparently has a pink case:

Saric was asked about his airport greeters yesterday and he said they made him very him, but joked that it makes his words “stone on my back”:

God knows what they did to athletes in Turkey.

And here’s the most awkward moment of an interview with Amy Fadool, who pinned Saric down on… whether he’d do a car commercial or not:

So excite about Saric era. So excite.
