Local Radio Host Calls Our Dario Saric Live Stream "Brilliant"
Josh Innes has accused me of using Anthony Gargano as my source, and ergo providing him with positive coverage. That is not true. But, I’m easily swayed. Gargano and Co. on the 97.5 Morning Show today [thanks to Jim on the transcribe]:

Jon Marks: “He was kinda taken by surprise at the things that happened. I know a thousand people watched the stream on Crossing Broad, it was streaming.”
Anthony Gargano: “Wait, so… that’s brilliant. So who, Kyle streamed it?”
JM: “Yeah, Jamie was watching it.”
James Seltzer: “I watched it too. Jim went down, the other guy that does the site, Jim Adair.”
JM: “I watched it not live.”
AG: “So they went down and they streamed it? That’s BRILLIANT.”
JM: “It was, yeah.”
JM: “Everybody can stream stuff these days.”
AG: “Yeah, but that’s thinking.”
JS: “They had over a thousand people watching it. Over a thousand people tuned in to watch Dario Saric…”
AG: “Are you serious?”
JS: “Swear to God.”
Maureen Williams: “Just him arriving. Just him walking.”
JS: “Just to watch him walk up, like not talk, whatever, just to walk.”
JM: “People don’t have anything better to do than to watch that.”
MW: “That’s insane.”
AG: “Kyle Scott, who runs Crossing Broad, let me laud him right now. That is a brilliant move. And that’s something, you look at a Philly.com, and that’s what they should have did. It took Kyle to go do that, which is smart as anything.”
BRILLIANT.
Just for the sake of accuracy, there were over 1,000 people watching live, but over 11k people have viewed the video:
But yes, in fact it was brilliant, Anthony, thank you. Maestro like the sound of that. Brilliant. Bang.
Oh and also nice work by “the other guy who does the site” on actually going down to the airport, waiting around for over and hour, and taking the video.
