BANANAS. Howie Roseman continues to undo what Chip Kelly’s undoing of Howie Roseman’s roster.

This doesn’t come as a surprise. Rowe never got on the good side of Jim Schwartz this summer. But I’d be lying if I said this didn’t worry me a little– the Patriots turned Patrick Chung into a respectable defensive back, so maybe they see something in Rowe that the Eagles don’t.

Josh Kline played his collegiate ball at Kent State, and was previously a state high school wrestling champion in Ohio. Undrafted, Kline was signed to the Patriots practice squad in 2013 before being added to the active roster later in the year. Pro Football Focus ranked the Patriots’ offensive line as the 18th best in football, saying that Kline “played well as a run-blocker last season.” He started at right guard in seven games and left guard in six. In camp, he had also been taking snaps at center. In April, he underwent shoulder surgery.

The Eagles are reportedly also getting a fourth round draft pick in 2018, which can become a third depending on Rowe’s performance.

Anyway, Joe Banner likes it:
