Joel Embiid Is Reportedly Still Not Cleared For 5 on 5
So, uh, this report from Marc Spears came out of nowhere.

I suspect there’s not much to it. It’s certainly alarming to see Embiid not cleared to [insert thing, even if it’s sexual], but most likely Sixers – or Embiid’s – doctors are just being overly cautious and waiting until the last possible moment for him to take part in 5-on-5. He seems to be doing all the things he was last offseason in terms of individual workouts and such.
Of course, things relating to Embiid’s health have a way of snowballing, so I wouldn’t completely ignore this either. Trust the process.
