Mychal Kendricks Thinks the Browns Have More Talent than the Eagles

If you watched Hard Knocks last night, you might have caught the teaser for next week’s episode.
Former Eagle Mychal Kendricks, who was released this offseason, claimed that the Browns, who won zero games last season, now have more talent than the Eagles, who won the Super Bowl:
Kendricks says “we’ve got so much more talent in this room than we had in Philly, it’s not even funny.” for the teaser to next week’s Hard Knocks pic.twitter.com/NQMCWQ5oUR

Maybe it’s just a motivational tool, because he can’t really believe that. Or maybe he’s just bitter about how his Philly tenure ended.
Yeah, the Browns have some nice pieces, guys like Jarvis Landry, Myles Garrett, and some promising rookies, but I’m having trouble finding a position where they have a stronger group than the Eagles. It’s not quarterback, offensive line, defensive line, running back, or the coaching staff. Do they have the better punter? Maybe Britton Colquitt is better than Cameron Johnston.
Edit: Coggin brought up the idea that maybe Kendricks is addressing the LINEBACKER room, or maybe just the defense –
Is the Browns defense better than the Eagles defense? No.
Is the linebacking unit of Joe Schobert, Jamie Collins, Christian Kirksey, James Burgess, and Kendricks better than Nigel Bradham, Jordan Hicks, and Grugier-Hill/Gerry/Nelson/etc? I don’t know. Schobert was the Browns only Pro Bowler last year and would start for the Eagles. Kirksey and Burgess had a bunch of tackles.
Yeah, I don’t know. It’s hard to compare a unit from an 0-16 team to a unit from a 3-13 team that didn’t play a lot of 4-3 defense anyway. I still think Bradham is the best player if you mesh those two units together.
So yeah, I’m gonna have to go ahead and disagree with Mychal Kendricks:

Edit 2: More from Kendricks –
Maybe, just maybe… @HBO's #HardKnocks will show the rest of the speech I was giving to the team. By showing the full message, perhaps it would give more clarity to my opinions. Placing the entire message I was trying to give in full context will show why, "it's not funny."

I guess he wasn’t just talking about the linebackers?
