Rhys Hoskins, Aaron Nola, and Gabe Kapler each took turns ringing the bell before the Sixers-Spurs game down at the Wells Fargo Center tonight. Hoskins and Nola both gave it a solid strike before Kapler, looking equal parts svelte, vigorous, and eager, stepped up and brought. The. Hammer.

Decent effort from Hoskins and Nola, I guess. But Gabe? Gabe doesn’t do just decent. Just can’t teach that type of competitive nature. You know he wanted that bell to ring all the way to Bryce Harper’s ears. Look at that little hop step piece and the full extension he gets before bringing the force.
